Pack the items back in the parcel, attach your invoice and send it back to: Returns Department, When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. UK and INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY Items for download will be made available for download immediately after purchase. Please contact us if you have any problems with downloading the files. CONFORMITY OF GOODS 11. Public Training Courses
Registering your booking: 1 You may book and pay for our public courses online, or 2 Post your completed booking form with Cheque or Credit Card details to: Course Administrator 3 E-mail [email protected] and specify course name and date. State your name, company, address and contact details and a booking form will be emailed back for completion and return. Payment for public courses is required two weeks in advance of course commencement. Making Projects Work Ltd. reserves the right to refuse admission if payment has not been received. All payments will be confirmed with a receipted invoice, which will be sent to the booking address. All bookings must be made on our booking form which will constitute a legally binding contract. Course Fees Course fees are shown alongside each course. 1, 2 and 3 day courses include materials, lunch and refreshments during the day. Venues – Making Projects Work Ltd. does not accept any responsibility for the security of personal items at the venue. Full joining instructions including venue, map, directions and timings will be sent upon receipt and acceptance of your booking at least 15 working days prior to a course. Making Projects Work Ltd. cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of Joining Instructions. Please contact us if joining instructions have not arrived 10 working days prior to course commencement. Course Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations more than 10 working days prior to a course start date will incur an administration charge of £75. Cancellations of 10 working days or less prior to a course start date will be charged at the full rate. A substitute delegate can be named at any time prior to the course start. Cancellation, Postponement or Substitution of Course Dates Making Projects Work Ltd. reserves the right to change the course presenters, dates, venue and content should the need arise. In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled or postponed by Making Projects Work Ltd., a full refund will be made but no further liability will be accepted. 12. In-house Training EventsEvent Expenses The customer accepts the obligation to meet all expenses including Provision of dates Making Projects Work Ltd will hold dates offered to the Customer for a maximum of 10 working days. After this time if the Customer has not confirmed in writing their wish to proceed with these dates, Making Projects Work Ltd reserves the right to release them or offer them to another customer. We reserve the right to withdraw dates offered in exceptional circumstances. If this should occur, we will offer alternative dates as soon as possible. Adverse Weather. In certain circumstances adverse weather conditions can disrupt the use of the travel network, thus preventing or delaying travel to the agreed location. Making Projects Work Ltd. can accept no liability for any loss of any kind, which may be suffered by the Customer in these circumstances. We will do our best to change the travel date or plan to get to the agreed location earlier than scheduled provided that all costs of such travel and accommodation are borne by the Customer. Terms of Payment. All accounts are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. In the event of late payments we reserve our statutory right to interest at the rate of 8% above base under the Late Payment of Commercial Debt (interest) Act 1998. 13. Intellectual Property of Course MaterialsAll Materials provided to Course delegates are copyright of Making Projects Work Ltd. The materials provided individually to each delegate may be permanently retained for the exclusive use of the individual delegate. No part of Course Materials may be reproduced or transmitted in any form, or by any means, electronically or mechanically, including photocopying, recording or any information storage or retrieval system without the prior written permission of Making Projects Work Ltd. Course Materials are provided subject to the condition that they shall not, by way of trade or otherwise, be lent, resold, hired out, or otherwise circulated without the prior written permission of Making Projects Work Ltd. Any use, duplication or lending of Course Materials without the prior written consent of Making Projects Work Ltd, save for such uses as are allowed under applicable law, is prohibited. All course materials are copyright of Making Projects Work Ltd. in whatever format.
14. Payment and TaxesWe accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card as well as by bank transfer to our bank account. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch cards and PayPal. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£).
