Developing Your Capability
As a small company, we are very flexible to suit our clients’ needs, and the needs of their participants. Sometimes bigger organisations struggle to do this. For example, for over a decade, our facilitation skills workshops have been a combination of:
- upfront one-to-one coaching sessions, to meet each individual and hear from them what their own personal needs are, and to build a foundation of trust
- in-person training over a couple of days, where people can work together and experience facilitation themselves
- a virtual session six weeks afterwards, to hold people to account and to support them as they put everything they’ve learned into practice.
All of this can be supported with asynchronous online and one-to-one coaching.
We train in all aspects of making workshops work, making virtual and hybrid leadership work for your organisation, and many aspects of programme and project leadership.
